My Somfy Blind had failed and the prospect of replacing it was daunting. However Rob from Base Awnings and Blinds quickly arranged for Gary to visit to fit a new motor. However Gary discovered it only needed a new controller. The awning is now operating again which is a great relief in view of the current sunny weather.
