My Somfy Blind had failed and the prospect of replacing it was daunting. However, Rob from Base Awnings and Blinds quickly arranged for Gary to visit to fit a new motor. Gary discovered it only needed a new controller. The awning is now operating again, which is a great relief in view of the current sunny weather. My problem was dealt with very efficiently, and I would strongly recommend Base Awnings and Blinds.
